Hinterland is a quarterly print magazine committed to publishing the best in creative non-fiction from around the globe. We are always thrilled to feature work from established, well-known authors but have a particular interest in discovering new voices and in pieces that sit outside the usual categories: we ask only that it be a work of non-fiction.
What To Submit:
Flash nonfiction - up to three articles from 250-1000 words
Long form nonfiction - single submission over 1000 words.
