The Deadlands
The Deadlands is a monthly speculative fiction (science fiction, horror, fantasy, apocalyptic, supernatural) magazine, exploring all aspects of Death and the borders it shares with the living.
What To Submit:
Prose - Submit original and unpublished stories about death, grief, hauntings and other aspects of the dead. Maximum of 5000 words. One submission per author. The Deadlands will consider reprints, up to 5000 words.
Nonfiction - Essays should be previously unpublished and between 1000 and 4000 words. Only one submission per submission issue.
Poetry - Maximum 3 poems per submission.
